Mr. T.S. Ahuja is an experienced advocate engaged in active legal practice for about four decades. A Masters in Commerce from Delhi University and L.L.B from Delhi University, he has extensive legal experience across Dispute Resolution, Civil Ligation, Real Estate and Corporate Advisory. He has been representing number of corporate houses and HNI in the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, NCDRC, Arbitration, as well as Trial Court matters. He has to his credit numerous landmark judgments reported in law journals.
He has conducted matters on Writ, Appellate and Original Side of the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, NCDRC, Competition Commission, Arbitration, Central Administrative Tribunal as well as Trial Court matters. A number of judgments of the cases conducted by him have been reported in law journals.

Varun S Ahuja

Mr Varun S. Ahuja is an experienced energetic professional advocate engaged in active legal practice since 2012. A Bachelors degree of Law from IP University and did Masters from George Washington University (Washington D.C), USA with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights.
He has extensive legal experience across Dispute Resolution, Civil Ligation, Real Estate, MSME Law and Corporate Advisory and is presently handling matters pertaining to Recovery, Contractual disputes, Arbitration, Negotiable Instrument Act, Share Holder Disputes, MSME litigation, Insecticides Act, Seeds Act and Corporate Advisory. He has handled assignments for various Corporate Houses and HNIโs. He is well versed in drafting and handling legal compliances.

Neetu Tiwari

Ms Neetu Tiwari did her graduation from Delhi University and thereafter did her LLB and obtained a post graduate diploma in Intellectual property rights from Indian Law Institute. She is a practicing Advocate and has her expertise in family law and senior citizen laws. She is fully conversant with the personal laws of different religious communities and can comfortably handle matters pertaining to Hindu, Sikh, Muslim and Christian personal laws, Special Marriage Act as well as succession, inheritance and matrimonial laws. She is accomplished, well read, articulate and a go getter.

Vishal Pancholi

Originally from New Delhi, India Mr. Pancholi is based in Hong Kong. He did his B.Com (Hons.) LLb from Delhi University and started his legal career in 2002 from New Delhi, India and thereafter migrated and has settled down in Hong Kong since 2009. His career has been a combination of corporate and law firm practice while working with a wide variety of business organizations. He possesses strong written and verbal skills, combined with excellent research abilities.
His Hong Kong experience consists of litigation support to Indian clients in Hong Kong, Corporate advisory, Compliance advisory, due diligence exercise on transaction, Capital Investment consultancy in Hong Kong. He has handled Intellectual property rights registration, Incorporation of Companies, business set up in Hong Kong and Immigration consultancy. He is experienced in debt consolidation and recovery with regard to Australia, South America, USA and UK where he has handled work for the Hong Kong clients.
